Shopping spree

I bought this CD "The Mozart Effect: Music for Moms and Moms-to-be" while shopping at United Square today.I've read somewhere that music is important in prenatal training. It helps to heal and produce a soothing and calming effect for mother and baby. The baby's ears are one of the earliest organs to be fully developed and hence the sense of hearing is our most direct way to connect to the fetus. Exposing music to the baby early may develop a good foundation for reading, writing and arithmetic. I will play the CD during bedtime. Not only would it help me to get to sleep earlier, it would help to calm the baby down.
