Packing the hospital bag

What are the items that I need to put in my hospital bag?

Documents:
1. Gynae's letter
2. Hospital admission form
3. NRIC of husband and wife
4. Receipts of outpatient visits to gynae (to claim Medisave)

For Newborn:
1. Receiving blanket (1x)
2. Mittens and booties (2x)
3. Clothing - top/bottom or romper (2x)

For Mummy:
1. Nursing bra
2. Disposable breast pads
3. Maternity pads
4. Disposable cotton panties
5. Night gowns (front button) (3x)
6. Toiletries (shampoo, bathing soap, facial wash, toothbrush and toothpaste, face towel, comb, hair band)
7. Mobile phone and charger
8. Dress for going home
9. Spare plastic bags
10. Socks
11. Sweater
12. Books to read
13. Slippers

For Daddy:
1. Toiletries (toothbrush)
2. Camera and charger (or make sure that the battery is fully charged beforehand. Else, bring along another camera).
3. Sweater (delivery room is very cold)
4. Additional clothing for hubby
5. Laptop?
6. Snacks for hungry hubby

Others:
1. Box of tissues
2. Written birth plan

That's a lot of things to bring though.
